Jaroslaw Olegowitsch Iwanow ( Russian Ярослав Олегович Иванов ; born June 16, 1991 ) is a Russian biathlete .
Yaroslav Ivanov made his international debut at the junior races of the Biathlon European Championships 2012 in Osrblie , where he was tenth of the individual. It was not until the 2013/14 season that he made further international appearances in the men's IBU Cup in Ruhpolding . In his first race, a sprint, he immediately won points as 12th. In the pursuit race based on the sprint result, he improved by nine places and came third on the podium for the first time behind Julian Eberhard and Benedikt Doll .
