Jarvis Scott

Jarvis Scott ( Jarvis Lavonne Scott; born April 6, 1947 in Waco ; † September 29, 2017 ) was an American sprinter who specialized in the 400-meter run .

In 1968 she was sixth at the Olympic Games in Mexico City with her personal best of 52.7 s and in 1971 eighth at the Pan American Games in Cali .

In 1968 she was US champion over 400 m and in 1969 and 1971 US indoor champion over 440 yards .
