Josip Mišlov
Josip Mišlov (born March 13, 1906 in Kali ) was a lieutenant colonel of the Croatian fascist Ustasha . Under the leadership of Mišlov and the Roman Catholic priest , military chaplain and Franciscan Miroslav Filipović , the Banja Luka massacre took place in the Bosnian city of Banja Luka on February 7, 1942, about 2,300 Serbs , mostly women and old men, including 500 Children who were murdered.
