Jason Ballantine
Jason Ballantine (* 1970 ) is an Australian film editor .
Life
Ballantine began his career in the film business as an assistant editor in 1994. As such, he has been involved in productions such as A Piglet Called Babe (1995) and Hearts in Atlantis (2001). From 1998 he is also active as an independent editor, initially in television and short film productions. His first feature film was Wolf Creek from 2005, for which he was nominated for an AFI Award in the same year.
In 2013 he was recognized at the Film Critics Circle of Australia Awards . The Australian Screen Editors have nominated him three times for an award.
