Javier Eduardo Gomez
Javier Eduardo Gómez Pineda (born October 16, 1991 in Sogamoso ) is a Colombian road cyclist .
Javier Gómez was successful in the team time trial of the Vuelta de la Juventud Colombia in 2010 and was also first in the overall standings. From 2011 he drove for the Colombian Continental Team EPM-UNE . In his first year there he was successful in a stage of the Clásico RCN . In the 2012 season he won a stage each at the Clasica International de Tulcan, the Vuelta de la Juventud Colombia, the Vuelta a Guatemala, the Clásica Carmen de Viboral and the Vuelta a Chiriquí. He has been driving for Colombia Coldeportes since 2013 . In 2013 he won the eighth stage of the Vuelta a Bolivia and was sixth overall.
