Jeļena Blaževiča

Jeļena Blaževiča (born May 11, 1970 in Riga ) is a former Latvian long and triple jumper .

Live and act

At the World Athletics Championships she was tenth in the triple jump in 1993 in Stuttgart and ninth in 1995 in Gothenburg . At the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta, she was eighth in the same discipline.

In 1997 she was eliminated from the long jump qualification at the World Championships in Athens and was seventh in the triple jump.

From 1993 to 1998 she was Latvian triple jump champion six times in a row, and in 1993 and 1994 she was also champion in long jump. In the hall she won national titles in 1994 in the long jump and in 1994 and 1996 in the triple jump.
