Jean-Michel Casa (born August 1, 1957 in Rabat , Morocco ) is a French diplomat .
Life
1979 Jean-Michel Casa graduated from the elite university Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris and in 1980 with a degree in jurisprudence from. In 1981 he was employed by the Service de l'Administration Générale et des Finances (SAGF). From 1982 to 1984 he studied at the École nationale d'administration . In 1984 he joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and worked in Paris until 1988. From 1988 to 1989 he advised Henri Nallet. From 1993 to 1996 he was Consul General in Istanbul . From September 10, 2002 to October 25, 2006, he was ambassador to Amman . From October 16, 2006 to August 30, 2009, he was ambassador to Tel Aviv .
