Jean-Nicolas Verreault

Jean-Nicolas Verreault (* 1968 in Charlesbourg , Québec , Canada) is a Canadian actor .

Life

Verreault was born near the Canadian city of Québec. He completed his training at the École nationale de théâtre du Canada in Montréal in 1995 and was then seen in several plays. He also worked in short films, TV series and movies.

He played a supporting role in the comedy film J'en suis! (1997) with Roy Dupuis in the lead role. In 2001, Verreault was nominated for Best Supporting Actor for Maelström at the Genie Award . In this drama directed by Denis Villeneuve , he appeared on the side of Marie-Josée Croze . In Manon Briand's drama La Turbulence des fluides (2002) , the main character, played by Pascale Bussières , fell in love with him.
