Jean Danguillaume

Jean Danguillaume (born October 31, 1932 in Paris ) is a former French cyclist .

Athletic career

He was a professional driver from 1953 to 1962. Throughout his career, he scored 230 victories as a junior, amateur, independent and professional. His outstanding successes were the victories in the Circuit Cycliste Sarthe in 1956, 1957 and 1958 (whereby he also won several stages). He won the Tour de l`Eure-et-Cher in 1957, the Poitiers – Saumur – Poitiers race saw him in first place in 1954.

Jean Danguillaume is the brother of Camille Danguillaume , Andre Danguillaume , Roland Danguillaume and Marcel Danguillaume , who were all cyclists. He is the uncle of Jean-Pierre Danguillaume , who won the International Peace Tour in 1968 , and of Jean-Louis Danguillaume .
