Jeannette Countess Beissel von Gymnich , née Brogan (born October 19, 1953 in Bonn ) is a German-speaking author and media expert of American descent. She is the founder of a foundation and participates in several social institutions.

Live and act

As the daughter of the US diplomat John A. Brogan, Jeannette Brogan spent her childhood in Europe, the USA and South America. She studied languages ​​and literature in the USA and France.

In 1984 she married Count Franz Josef Beissel von Gymnich and moved to the moated Burg Satzvey in Mechernich . Her two children, Patricia and Max were born here. Until she concentrated on publishing her own writings from 2000, she and her husband organized "... historical events and incentives at Satzvey Castle". From 2000 to 2012 she was chairman of the board of the Mechernich tourist agency .
