Jecker Prize

The Jecker Prize ( prix Jecker ) of the Académie des sciences is a science prize that is awarded every four years to young scientists. The prize was established in 1851 in memory of Louis Jecker (1802-1851) by the Académie des sciences, was originally awarded annually and has long been considered one of the most important awards for chemists in France.
