Jeleussin Naurysbajuly Saghyndyqow ( Kazakh Елеусін Наурызбайұлы Сағындықов , Russian Елеусин Наурызбаевич Сагиндыков Jeleussin Naurysbajewitsch Sagindykow * 1. May 1947 in Ksyltu, Kazakh SSR ) is a Kazakh politician.

Life

Yeleussin Saghyndyqow was born in 1947 in the village of Ksyltu in Aktyubinsk Oblast . He studied at the Pedagogical Institute in Aktyubinsk , where he graduated in 1977. In 1990 he graduated from the Agricultural Institute of Western Kazakhstan in Uralsk as a mechanical engineer .

He began his professional career as a teacher at a school in Temir in Aktyubinsk Oblast, where he taught between 1965 and 1968. From 1971 to 1974 he was a teacher at a school in Aktyubinsk and from 1977 to 1980 he was the deputy head of regional vocational training. Subsequently, he became politically active and was a teacher of the regional committee of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan in Aktyubinsk and from 1985 to 1988 he was head of regional vocational training. From 1988 to 1990 he worked as head of the ideological department of the regional committee of the Communist Party and then until 1992 as head of public education in the region. After Kazakhstan's independence, he was Deputy Minister of Education between 1992 and 1994, and between 1994 and 1995 he was advisor to the Kazakh Supreme Council. In 1995 he was director of the Almaty College of Construction and Management and again deputy minister of education. In the same year he was also made Deputy Äkim (governor) of the Aktyubinsk region. In 1996 he was appointed mayor of Aktyubinsk city. He held this post until 2002 and was then a member of the Kazakh Senate . On July 10, 2004 he was appointed Äkim of the Aqtöbe area. He was released from this post on July 22, 2011.
