Jenik Radon (* 1946 in Berlin ) is an American lawyer and university professor .

Radon is a corporate law attorney with Radon & Ishizumi law firm in New York City . He has been teaching as Assistant Adjunct Professor at the School of International and Public Affairs at Columbia University since 2002 .

He founded the Estonian-American Chamber of Commerce and was involved in the formulation of the Estonian law on privatization. For Georgia , Radon led the negotiations on the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan pipeline .

Radon is particularly interested in the legal issues of privatization and corruption .
