Jennifer Pepper

Jennifer Pepper (* 1985 in Berlin ) is a Christian singer , songwriter and vocal coach .

Life

Pepper is the daughter of the Berlin musician Martin Pepper .

In her youth, Pepper received piano and singing lessons and was part of the choir in elementary school. At first she had no ambitions to be a professional singer. This only changed when she became a believer and saw the lasting effect of faith on her life.

First, Pepper attended the "School of Worship" in Dallas . This was followed by a study of popular music with a focus on singing at the Hamburg School of Music and the founding of her first band, Totara. Subsequently, Petter achieved a Bachelor of Arts in music at the British University of Plymouth. Pepper also studied theology .

In 2011 and 2015, Pepper released two albums together with her father.

In 2018 Pepper married the musician Jesuan do Amaral and moved from Berlin to Braunschweig in order to set up a musical work with him in the Free Church of Braunschweig Connect . In the same year her debut album "Step by Step" was released.

In the Braunschweig congregation, she leads the musical part of the service every two weeks .

Pepper has been an ambassador for the Christian children's charity Compassion since 2010 .
