Jens Felix Kraiger (born April 29, 1979 in Bruchsal , Germany ) is a former Austrian ice hockey player who played for the EC KAC in the Austrian ice hockey league for many years . After the end of his career, he worked as a junior coach at the EC KAC.
Career
Kraiger remained loyal to the EC KAC throughout his career, a total of 12 seasons, before ending his career after the 2006/07 season and joining the family business (HATEC Automatisations GmbH). As a small player, he took on the role of worker and was able to celebrate with the club not only countless championship titles among the youngsters but also three championship titles with the combat team.
International
Jens Felix Kraiger represented Austria in the junior division at several pee wee tournaments in Canada. He also took part in two U18 European and U20 world championships.
Coaching career
After retiring from his professional career, Kraiger took over the position of assistant coach (alongside Gerald Ressmann and Helmut Koren ) in the U20 team of the EC KAC in 2007/08 . Kraiger won the U20 Bundesliga championship title with the team.
Achievements and Awards
- Three times Austrian champion with the EC KAC in 2000, 2001 and 2004.
