Jens Kaidas

Jens Kaidas (born February 9, 1949 in Lüneburg ) is a former German politician ( CDU ). Kaidas was a member of the CDU state parliamentary group in the Lower Saxony state parliament from 2003 to 2008 .

Kaidas was also the mayor of Hohnstorf , thus also a member of the Hohnstorf municipal council , the Scharnebeck municipal council and the district council of the Lüneburg district . Until mid-2007 he was CDU parliamentary group chairman and spokesman for the CDU / Independent and SPD groups in the Lüneburg district assembly. In 2013 he resigned from the CDU.

Jens Kaidas is married and has a grown daughter. He is a member of TuS Hohnstorf (Elbe) , the DRK , the Hohnstorf / Elbe fishing museum association, the Hohnstorf / Elbe volunteer fire brigade and other local associations.
