Jens Schumacher (2018)

Jens Schumacher (* 1974 in Mainz ) is a German author who publishes in numerous genres, including children's and youth literature , crime literature , and fantasy .

Published since the mid-1990s, partly in collaboration with co-authors ( Corinna Harder , Jens Lossau , Christian Humberg ), thrillers, volumes of short stories, non-fiction books, youth series and various card games from the Black Stories series , which have been translated into various languages. Since 2009 he has been writing Die Welt der 1000 Abenteuer , the only originally German playbook series for children and young people on the current book market. In 2013 he was awarded the Hausacher Stadtschreiberstipendium, and in 2017 he received the Saarland Children's and Young Adult Book Prize . The author lives in Saarland.
