Jesus Aputen Cabrera
Jesus Aputen Cabrera (born December 12, 1940 in Manila ) is former bishop of Alaminos .
Life
Jesus Aputen Cabrera was ordained a priest on April 11, 1964 . Pope John Paul II appointed him auxiliary bishop in Lingayen - Dagupan and titular bishop of Thisiduo on May 5, 1980 .
The Apostolic Nuncio in the Philippines , Bruno Torpigliani , consecrated him on May 5, 1980 of the same year as bishop ; Co- consecrators were Federico G. Limon SVD , Archbishop of Lingayen-Dagupan , and Juan C. Sison , Archbishop of Nueva Segovia .
He was appointed Bishop of Alaminos on April 22, 1985, and was instituted on June 28 of the same year. He resigned from his office on July 1, 2007.
