Yevgeny Nepomnyachi (born March 12, 1987 ) is a Kazakh racing cyclist .

Yevgeny Nepomnjatschi finished 14th in the overall ranking of the Tour of Qinghai Lake in 2009 and he won a race in Itterbeek- Dilbeek, Belgium . At the Tour of Bulgaria he finished eighth overall and at the road cycling world championship in Mendrisio he was seventh in the road race of the U23 class. From the 2010 to 2012 season, Nepomnjatschi was under contract with the Kazakh ProTeam Astana .
