The Continental Team Astana was a Kazakh cycling team based in Dublin, Ireland .
The team was founded in 2012 and took part in the UCI Continental Circuits as a Continental team . She acted as the farm team for the Astana Pro Team , although the teams were formally managed separately. The managers were Séamus Harford and Alexander Nadobenko , who were supported by the sporting directors Dmitri Sedoun, Kairat Baigudinow , Vladimir Remyga and Andrei Teteryuk.
In the 2014 season, the three drivers of the team Artur Fedosejew , Viktor Okischew and Ilya Dawidenok tested positive for anabolic steroids in doping tests. In response to this, the team was disbanded at the end of 2014. Parts of the team were taken over by the newly founded Seven Riders team , which was renamed Astana City in 2016 .
