Ruslan Tleubajew (born March 7, 1987 in Petropavl ) is a Kazakh cyclist .

Tleubajew finished in the 2010 season, he finished fifth in the road race of the Asian Championship and won two stages in the Friendship People North-Caucasus Stage Race . He also achieved several top ten stage placements in the Tour de Langkawi , the Tour of Qinghai Lake and the Tour of Hainan . In 2011 Tleubayev won the last stage at the Grand Prix of Sochi . In 2012 Tleubajew decided one stage each of the Vuelta a la Independencia Nacional , the Giro Ciclistico d'Italia and the Tour Alsace for himself, and he won the Coppa della Pace .

From 2013 until his retirement after the end of the 2018 season, Tleubajew drove for the UCI WorldTeam Astana . In 2014 he was Asian road race champion. In 2016 he won a stage of the Tour of Hainan .
