Yevgeny Krylatov

Evgeni Pawlowitsch Krylatow ( Russian Евгений Павлович Крылатов , scientific transliteration Evgenij Pavlovič Krylatov ; born February 23, 1934 in Lyswa ; † May 8, 2019 in Moscow ) was a Soviet and Russian composer . He composed the music for over 120 feature and animated films , which found wide distribution and popularity across the country and which in some cases became part of the cultural heritage.

Yevgeny Krylatow graduated from the Moscow Conservatory in 1959. Yevgeny Krylatow received numerous awards for his extensive work, including the title of People's Artist of Russia . He died in Moscow on May 8, 2019.
