Yevgeny Viktorovich Bushmin ( Russian Евгений Викторович Бушмин , born October 4, 1958 in Lopatino, Gorky Oblast , Soviet Union ; † October 6, 2019 ) was a Russian politician .
Life
Bushmin was Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council in the Russian Federation. In March 2014, Bushmin was sanctioned by the EU with an entry ban and an asset freeze .
