Evgeni Wladimirowitsch Waizechowski ( Russian Евгений Владимирович Вайцеховский ; better known in Western Europe under the name Evgeny Vaytsekhovsky ; born May 12, 1986 in Kirovo-Tschepezk ) is a Russian speed climber . He was u. a. World and European champions, rock masters and three-time overall World Cup winner .
