Jiří Hubálek (born November 25, 1982 in Prague , Czechoslovakia) is a Czech basketball player .

biography

Jiří Hubálek already played in the offspring of Slavia Prague before he was first used in the first team in 2003. From 2005 to 2008 he was at Iowa State University , where he studied human sciences, and with the Iowa State Cyclones in the NCAA . Since 2008 he has worked for numerous different clubs in the leagues of Italy, Iran, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia and Argentina before he joined the Austrian BC Vienna in 2017 .

Jiří Hubálek was in the squad of the Czech national basketball team in the qualifying games for the 2009 European Basketball Championship . In total, he came to eight appearances in the national jersey.
