Jiří Korn
Jiří Korn (born May 17, 1949 in Prague ) is a Czech singer, tap dancer and actor .
biography
Korn first sang with the beat group Rebels, with whom he recorded his first record in 1967. From 1971 to 1972 he played bass and sang with Olympic. His first solo LP was released in 1972. In the German-speaking world, he was best known for his song Ich such die Yvetta , which he also recorded in Czech and English.
Korn was married three times. His first two marriages with Hana Kornová and Kateřina Kornová were divorced. The children Filip and Kristina emerged from the second marriage. In 2017 he married Renata Cieslerová. Korn is an active pool player and multiple senior champion in the Czech Republic and holder of a world record in pool. In 2002 Korn founded the quartet 4TET together with Jiří Škorpík, Dušan Kollár and David Uličník.
