Jiaonan

Jiaonan ( Chinese  胶南 市 , Pinyin Jiāonán Shì ) was an independent city in Shandong Province in the east of the People's Republic of China , which belonged to the administrative area of ​​the independent city ​​of Qingdao . Jiaonan had an area of ​​1,845 km² and around 810,000 inhabitants. On November 30, 2012, the city was dissolved and its area was added to the Huangdao District .
