President Jimmy Carter sits at the White House desk at night . The moon is shining and Jimmy Carter begins to sing Georgia on My Mind , with the help of singing peanuts. In his mind he is embraced by the moon and later meets the green Georgia , which has the outline of the state. Both drink wine. In the end, Jimmy sits at the White House desk again and is sad.
