Jintai

The Jintai District ( 金 台 區  /  金 台 区 , Jīntái Qū ) belongs to the administrative area of ​​the prefecture -level city of Baoji in the west of the Chinese province of Shaanxi . It has an area of ​​332 square kilometers and has a population of 370,000 (2004).

The Neolithic site of Beishouling (北 首 岭 遗址, Běishǒulǐng yízhǐ ), the grave of Li Maozhen (李茂贞 墓, Lǐ Màozhēn mù ) from the time of the Five Dynasties and Ten Kingdoms , the Ming and Qing-era Jintai Temple (金台 观, Jīntái guān ), and the Zhou- era ruins of Ru village (茹 家庄 遗址, Rú jiā zhuāng yízhǐ ), all of which are on the list of monuments of the People's Republic of China .

Administrative structure

At the community level, the municipality is made up of seven street districts, two large municipalities and three municipalities.
