Joachim Hartig

Joachim Hartig (born December 24, 1928 in Hamburg ; † July 7, 1999 in Wattenbek ) was a German philologist .

Joachim Hartig received his doctorate in 1965 with the thesis "The Munsterland Called Names in the Late Middle Ages". phil. He headed the Klaus Groth Research Center of the German Department at the Christian Albrechts University in Kiel .
