Joachim Raubold

Karl Joachim Raubold (* 1938 in Chemnitz ; † July 30, 2003 ) was a German politician ( SPD ).

The trained banker Raubold lived in Erlau . In 1995 he was the initiator of the Erlauer discussion group .

In the state elections in Saxony in 1990 , he missed entry into the Saxon state parliament on list position 37 of the state list of the SPD Saxony, but on March 16, 1994 he moved up for the rest of the legislative period for the resigned member of the state parliament Bernd Kunzmann . He was district chairman of the SPD and district councilor in the Mittweida district .

Honors

In 2005, the SPD sub-district of Chemnitz bestowed the “Joachim Raubold Prize”, endowed with 500 euros, for the first time in memory of the life's work of the politician who stood up for the socially disadvantaged until his death.
