Joachim Schulze-Bergmann (* 1947 in Hamburg ) is a German politician and a former member of the Green Alternative List (GAL).

Life and politics

Joachim Schulze-Bergmann is a trained teacher . In 1997 he wrote his dissertation on the topic: The literary canon and the fit of reader and text at the University of Hamburg . In 2015 his literary didactic work 'Values ​​in Literature Lessons' was published by Peter Lang Verlag, Frankfurt. He was a lecturer at the University of Hamburg, Faculty of Education from 1978 to 2002, and at the University of Paderborn from 2006 to 2013 at the Faculty of Cultural Studies. From 2003 to 2006 he was a research assistant at the State Institute for Schools in Soest (North Rhine-Westphalia).

Together with R. Micha, he developed the ASB Hamburg projects 'Das Sozialpraktikum' and 'Das Löwenhaus'.

From 1984 to 1991 he was a local politician in Hamburg, from 1991 to 1993 a member of the Hamburg parliament . During this term he was for the GAL faction in the health committee, environment committee and school committee. He was the parliamentary group's spokesman for education and environmental policy and deputy chairman of the parliamentary group.
