Joachim Voigtmann
Joachim Voigtmann (born July 15, 1940 in Chemnitz ) is a German teacher, art historian and museologist . In the course of his career he worked, among other things, as museum director in Freiberg and Chemnitz. Until he retired in 2005, he was director of the Saxon State Office for Museums . He is the author of numerous publications. Joachim Voigtmann received his doctorate in 1982 at the Academy for Social Sciences at the Central Committee of the SED (Berlin) as Dr. phil.
