Joaquín Cosío
Joaquín Cosío (born 1962 in Tepic , Nayarit ) is a Mexican actor.
Cosío became known to an international audience when he took on a supporting role in A Quantum of Solace in 2008 and played the role of General Medrano, a deposed dictator from Bolivia who wants to regain his old power.
