Jocelyn Carolina Castillo Suárez (born May 20, 1991 in Barquisimeto ) is a Venezuelan water diver who is active in jumping from the 1-meter and 3-meter board and in 3-meter synchronized jumping.

Castillo was active in a swimming club for the first time at the age of five, and her talent for diving was discovered at the age of eight. She has been training at the performance center in her hometown since then. Castillo's first title fights were at the 2006 Junior World Championships in Kuala Lumpur , where she finished sixth from the 1-meter board. She celebrated her first successes in the adult sector in 2007. At the Pan American Games in Rio de Janeiro , she was fifth with Laurent Pérez in the 3-meter synchronized jumping, and in the individual from the 3-meter board she was seventh. She played her first world championship in Melbourne , but retired from the 1-meter and 3-meter board after the preliminary fight. Castillo achieved her greatest sporting success to date at the 2012 World Cup in London . She reached the final from the 3-meter board and qualified for the 2012 Olympic Games in the same place.

Castillo is studying human resource management in her hometown.
