Jochem Groening
Jochem Gröning (born June 4, 1954 in Lüdinghausen ) is a German lawyer .
Groening is in Selmer district bycatch grew up. He studied law in Tübingen and Berlin . After completing his legal clerkship, he joined the Berlin judicial service in 1985. There he initially worked for the public prosecutor and at the district courts of Tiergarten and Schöneberg . In 1988 he was appointed judge at the Berlin Regional Court. From 1995 to 2006 he was a judge at the Berlin Superior Court . From November 1, 2006 until his retirement on September 30, 2019, he was a judge at the Federal Court of Justice in Karlsruhe . There he was first assigned to the 1st Civil Senate . From the beginning of 2007 until his retirement he was a member of the 10th Civil Senate . In early 2013 he was appointed deputy chairman of this Senate; He handed over this function to Klaus Bacher on January 1, 2016 .
Gröning is co-author of a comment on the procurement and contract regulations for construction services (VOB).
