Jochem Groening

Jochem Gröning (born June 4, 1954 in Lüdinghausen ) is a German lawyer .

In early 2013 he was appointed deputy chairman of this Senate; He handed over this function to Klaus Bacher on January 1, 2016 .

Gröning is co-author of a comment on the procurement and contract regulations for construction services (VOB).
