Jochen Wissinger

Jochen Wissinger (born July 9, 1954 in Düsseldorf ) is a German educational scientist .

Life

He studied education, literature, linguistics and sociology with a focus on sociology of education at Bielefeld University (first state examination for teaching at secondary levels I and II; doctorate at the Faculty of Education (today Faculty of Education) in Bielefeld ; habilitation at the Faculty of Education, Philosophy , Psychology (today Faculty of Human Sciences) of the Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg - teaching qualification for the subject of education). He is professor of educational science with a focus on school pedagogy in Faculty 03 Social and Cultural Studies at the Justus Liebig University in Giessen .

His areas of interest are school socialization and youth research (school theory, learning and performance difficulties, school-aversive behavior, structure and effect of support measures - cooperative educational settings); School management and school development research (in-school and out-of-school management, school inspection, school supervision, organizational theory, management and leadership).
