Jock Stewart
William George Alexander "Jock" Stewart (born December 15, 1883 in Dufftown , Scotland , † August 9, 1950 in Bishop's Stortford ) was a Scottish track cyclist .
Twice, in 1920 and 1924 , Jock Stewart took part in the Olympic Games. At the 1920 Games in Antwerp , he started in three disciplines. In the team pursuit he won the silver medal together with Cyril Alden , Thomas Johnson and Albert White ; In the tandem race , he finished fourth with Alden. At the 1924 Games in Paris , Stewart was listed as the oldest participant at the age of 40 years and 224 days.
