Johann Andreas von Franken-Siersdorf (* May 6, 1696 in Cologne ; † November 25, 1754 ibid) was Vicar General of the Archbishop of Cologne . (Spelling also: Francken-Sierstorpff)

Franken-Siersdorf was the youngest of 12 children of the court councilor Andreas Francken von Sierstorpff and his wife Catharina Magdalena, born in Cologne. from Buschmann. He was the brother of the Cologne auxiliary bishop Franz Kaspar von Franken-Siersdorf and his successor in office Peter Gerwin von Franken-Siersdorf .

Through the mediation of the auxiliary bishop he received a canonical to St. Severin (Cologne) in 1717 and was ordained a priest in 1719 . After his doctorate as Dr. jur. utr. he became canon in Cologne in 1723 and canon to St. Maria in the Capitol in 1724 . Appointed vicar general on May 15, 1730 by Archbishop Clemens August I of Bavaria , he resigned this office on June 2, 1751 for health reasons. Already in 1733 renouncing his canonical in St. Severin, Franken-Siersdorf was awarded the title of Apostolic Protonotary . He was buried in Cologne Cathedral .
