Johann Carl Böse

Johann Carl Böse (born July 3, 1802 in Lübeck ; † January 9, 1870 there ) was a German lawyer and senator from the Hanseatic city of Lübeck.

Life

Böse was the son of the businessman and later mayor of Travemünde Andreas Friedrich Böse (1773–1843). He studied law and obtained a doctorate in law. both rights. After passing the state examination, he became the recorder and later a consultant for the Skåne drivers in Lübeck. In 1836 he became district court procurator in Lübeck. Involved in the constitutional reform of 1848 as a consultant for the Skåne drivers, the first recorder of the citizens' committee of the Lübeck citizenship was made. 1851 actuary of the lower and city court. In 1859 he was elected as a lawyer in an extraordinary election as Senator of the Hanseatic City of Lübeck by the citizenship and the Senate to replace the deceased Senator Hermann von der Hude . Böse had been married to Fanny, the eldest daughter of the Lübeck doctor Georg Heinrich Behn , since 1833 .
