Johann Christian Jacobi (medical doctor)

Johann Christian Jacobi (born August 7, 1717 in Weimar ; † July 11, 1762 ) was a German physician, military doctor in Weimar and a member of the " Leopoldina " academy of scholars .

Johann Christian Jacobi studied medicine in Jena. Here he received his doctorate in 1743 and became a military doctor in Weimar. On September 10, 1754 he was admitted to the "Leopoldina" academy of scholars under matriculation number 592. He was nicknamed IDMON III. ( Matriculation No. 592 )
