Johann Christoph Kosch (Czech. Jan Kryštof Kosch ) (* 1698 in Männelsdorf near Atschau (Zvoníčkov near Úhošťany ); † 1778 in Kaaden ) was a German-Bohemian builder and architect of the late Baroque. His churches and other buildings are in the tradition of Kilian Ignaz Dientzenhofer . His work was mainly concentrated in the region around Kadaň (Kaaden).

House No. 175 - JC Kosch's house where he died in Kaaden

Like his eponymous cousin Johann Christoph Kosch and his relative Johann Wenzel Kosch, he came from a family of builders. At the age of 30 he was able to give up his bondage to the Counts of Thun-Hohenstein in the Klösterle lordship and settle in Kaaden. In 1728 he was accepted as a master mason in the masons' guild in Kaaden, in which his father Johann Kosch (1670–1729) was a member. In 1729 he married in Kaaden and lived there in house no. 175 (ul. Vrchlického) until his death in 1778. In the death register he was named "ornatissimus Dominus et civis Cadanensis et Architectus optimus" (revered master, citizen of Kaaden and best architect). His son Franz Kosch was later a pastor in Okenau . After the city fires of 1746 and 1750, he rebuilt numerous town houses in Kaaden in baroque forms.
