Johann Daniel Wutsdorff (* 1748 in Greifenhagen ; † May 5, 1819 in Stargard in Pomerania ) was a German local lawyer. He was Lord Mayor of Stargard in Pomerania from 1801 to 1809 and from 1813 to 1815 .

His father Theodor Friedrich Wutsdorff (Theodor Wutzdorff; * 1716, † 1773) was a Protestant clergyman; from 1734 he was rector, from 1746 deacon and 1773 pastor and prepositus in Greifenhagen .

Johann Daniel Wutsdorff studied law at the University of Halle from 1770 . He became assessor at the city court in Stargard, then city counsel and in 1785 mayor of justice. In 1801 he was elected by the magistrate as the successor to the late Gottfried Georgi as municipal district administrator and mayor .

The Prussian city order of 1808 brought about a reorganization of the municipal constitution. Wutsdorff was no longer a member of the new magistrate, which was elected for the first time by the city council in May 1809, as were the other members of the old magistrate. Wutsdorff was retired; the previous war councilor Ernst Traugott Lehmann became the new mayor . After Lehmann's death, Wutsdorff was re-elected mayor in 1813, but already retired in 1815; The new mayor was the previous town councilor Emanuel Christian Ludwig Stange . Wutsdorff died in Stargard in 1819.
