Johann Ferdinand von Auersperg

Johann Ferdinand Prince of Auersperg (born September 29, 1655 in Vienna , † August 6, 1705 in Münsterberg in Silesia ) was the 2nd Prince of Auersperg and Duke of Silesia-Münsterberg since 1677 .

His father Johann Weikhard von Auersperg (1615–1677) was hereditary imperial prince and had from Emperor Ferdinand III in 1653/54 . in his capacity as the Bohemian king received the Duchy of Münsterberg as a fiefdom of the crown of Bohemia . Johann Ferdinand was married to Maria Anna Countess von Herberstein (1660–1726) from 1678 . Their daughter Maria Theresia von Auersperg (1686–1756) married Georg Siegmund Count von Auersperg-Kirchberg. Johann Ferdinand's successor was his brother Franz Karl von Auersperg .
