Johann Friedrich Mayer (politician)

Johann Friedrich Mayer (born January 18, 1798 in Lauffen am Neckar , † January 22, 1863 in Heilbronn ) was a German mayor , notary and politician . From 1842 to 1848 he was a member of the Chamber of Deputies of the Württemberg Land estates .

Life

Mayer was a Protestant denomination, mayor and administrative actuary in Großgartach . In 1842 he was elected as the successor to the retired Ludwig Waaser in a replacement election in the Heilbronn constituency. He was confirmed in the 1844 election. After he was offered nocturnal cat music during the revolution of 1848/1849 , angry about it, he sold a forest on the Heuchelberg that he personally owned to the neighboring community of Schluchtern in Großgartach . Most recently he worked as an official notary in Heilbronn.
