Johann Friedrich Wundt (born January 7, 1822 in Neckargemünd , † January 27, 1889 in Konstanz ) was a businessman and member of the Baden state parliament ( national liberal ).

Life

The son of the medical officer Karl Ludwig Wundt studied law in Heidelberg and Berlin from 1842 and was a legal intern at the Neckargemünd district office from 1849 . Instead of continuing to serve in the administration, he started his own business in Neckargemünd and was a member of the local council. From 1861 he was a member of constituency 32 (Wiesloch and Neckargemünd) in the 20th to 24th session of the 2nd Baden Landtag Chamber , where he belonged to the national liberal faction, but did not make a significant contribution. From the 1860s he lived in Mannheim , after leaving the state parliament, he settled in Karlsruhe in 1870 . There he was a city councilor in 1875 and a member of the district council from 1876 to 1878.

He was married to Elise Kilian from 1851 and had two sons and a daughter with her.
