Johann Georg Buchauer (cement manufacturer)
Johann Georg Buchauer (born November 7, 1862 in Kufstein ; † March 7, 1901 in Ebbs ) was an Austrian cement manufacturer.
Buchauer was also active as an amateur in the field of paleontology and described the well-known Berriasian fauna from his quarries in Sebi near Kufstein. He donated a suite of Neokom fossils to the Geological and Paleontological Department of the Natural History Museum Vienna .
