Johann Georg Hufnagel
Johann Georg Hufnagel (born August 5, 1869 in Altheim , † October 21, 1951 in Speyer ) was a German homeland poet .
Life
The trained shoemaker lived in Speyer from 1895. As a local poet, he made a name for himself beyond the Speyer region. In addition to small volumes of poetry, poems and essays appeared regularly under the heading Letters from the Palatinate in the Speyergau homeland sheets.
There is a Georg-Hufnagel-Weg in Speyer .
