Johann Gottfried Roloff

Johann Gottfried Roloff (* 1741 in Pansfelde (Harz); † December 12, 1809 Ermsleben ) was a German justice of the peace and member of parliament.

Roloff was the son of the Amtsrat zu Pansfelde and treasurer of Aschersleben, Johann Christoph Roloff and his wife Maria Catharina nee Hertzgroth. Roloff, who was a Protestant denomination, married Marie Ernestine Henriette Tuckermann on April 21, 1768 in Unseburg, Wanzleben district (* January 28, 1751 - † May 7, 1810).

Roloff studied law and became a lawyer in the Principality of Halberstadt . During the French era he was justice of the peace in Ermsleben from 1808 to 1809 .

From June 2, 1808 until his death, he was a member of the imperial estates of the Kingdom of Westphalia for the Saale department in the electoral group of scholars, artists and deserving citizens.
