Johann Heinrich Dambeck
Johann Heinrich Mathias Dambeck (born February 5, 1774 in Brno , † August 10, 1820 in Prague ) was an Austrian writer and professor of aesthetics.
Johann Heinrich Dambeck was the son of a singer and violinist who was friends with Albrecht von Haller and Klopstock. He studied at the University of Prague with Karl Heinrich Seibt , August Gottlieb Meißner and Ignaz Cornova, among others . From 1812 he was professor of aesthetics at the University of Prague.
